The following Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Girl's Torque Casting service, as provided by Girl's Torque Pty Ltd.
Our Service
YOU are responsible for providing Girls Torque Pty Ltd with profile photos and information for us to list your profile on our website.
YOU may also supply us with your own audio (interviews etc) or video footage, for us to pass on to relevant third parties.
YOU acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the content of the information provided and that all information is accurate, including the content of your Profile.
WE agree to refer YOU to relevant third parties, as opportunities arise. WE agree to actively seek relevant opportunities on your behalf.
Third Parties
The term “Third Parties” means referrals to (not exclusively but including) - motor sport teams, film, television, their associated agents and companies, advertising agencies, photographers, potential sponsors.
From 1st February 2011, the new casting registration fee is now only a one-off admin payment of $30 (including GST). To be removed from the list you will need to notify us in writing. No reason required.
You may pay by either of the following options… Cheque or money order made payable to Girls Torque Pty Ltd and posted to:

If paying your registration fee online using the direct deposit method, please include your name plus the initials GTC,
so we know exactly what the payment is for. If you have received an invoice from us, please note the invoice number when
paying this option.
Privacy
Only your basic profile and the photo supplied by you will be used online, your contact details will not be included online.
We guarantee that we will not pass on your contact details to any third party without your authorisation.
We take privacy and security of your information seriously.
